To Order With a Credit Card:

You can purchase SEEP2D online with a credit card using our secure ordering system. Our web server fully supports digital security which ensures that credit card information will be encrypted and passed on securely to us. When you enter your credit card information, your Browser will switch to secure mode. We will e-mail you a confirmation of your order.

To Order by Mail/Fax:

If you do not want to use the Online Ordering, you may order by phone, fax, e-mail or mail. Fill out, print, and fax or mail the Order Form.

Shipping Instructions

Orders (U.S./Canada)

Prices include USPS First Class/UPS shipping and handling charges. For Federal Express, add $25 for the first item and $10 for each additional one. Please provide your street address.

Orders (All Countries Other Than the U.S./Canada)

Prices include USPS First Class/UPS shipping and handling charges. For Federal Express, add $30 for the first item and $15 for each additional one. Please provide your street address.

Payment Information

Payment must be by check in U.S. funds drawn on an American bank located in the U.S., International Money Order, VISA/Mastercard/American Express, or Wire Deposit. Prepayment is required for all International orders with the exception of Government Agencies and Universities.
